Oven Pork Chops

First, season pork chops as you like. Dredge in flour (this part is optional). Place in a baking dish. Spoon a few tablespoons of Piperade over the top of each pork chop and spread an even layer. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until done, depending on the thickness of the chops.
