Cole Slaw


1/2 Cup diced red peppers
1 Cup sliced olives
2 Cups shredded cabbage
1 Cup shredded carrots
2 Teaspoons capers
1/2 Cup sliced red onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 Cup avacados (optional)
1 Cup (or more) Piperade Salad Dressing

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and add 1 Cup Piperade dressing. Chill and serve.
