1/2 Cup Piperade (heat depends
on your taste)
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
3 Teaspoons Caper juice or 2 Teaspoons
capers and some lime juice
2 to 3 Teaspoons Horseradish
2 to 3 fresh
garlic cloves (to taste)
Blend (with magic bullet if you have
one) garlic, caper juice and Piperade. It will be a little thick. Add mayonnaise and horseradish, blend until creamy
and smooth. Chill.
Use for an artichoke dip or vegetable dip,
and cole slaw dressing. Add fresh dill or cilantro as well for a kick.
