Turkey/Ham Slices/Sausage Patty
In a frying pan with a little oil, heat a slice of ham/turkey/sausage
patty until it is warm or cooked. Poach or fry eggs to your preference. Toast the English muffins slightly. Place
the meat on the English muffin, followed by the egg. Add Piperade to the pan to warm it and pour 2 to
3 Tablespoons over each egg. Top with any kind of cheese or a few avocado slices.
